This is the first volume of Your Yellow Dress's occasionally-annual Holiday Music series. The EP was recorded between The Foothill in Berkeley, CA and The Meadow in Mission Viejo, CA during December 2008. The EP capped off an exciting but disappointing first year that saw the release of an album, 2 EPs, a split album, and a single.

The digital version contains a remixed outtake that was not on the original CD given away at Christmastime. This download comes with pages of a minizine about the songs that was packaged with the next years EP.
